* Explorer Associates Health and Safety Inspectors will inspect properties and produce the legally required reports with regard to The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2015. This fire risk assessment is an obligatory legal requirement for offices and rented premises: commercial properties that have public access and landlords with flats with communal areas. Quotations are on request.
